hi I have tried for two days to purchase BYE for use with my Canon 600d camera. The laptop I am using is a Panasonic CF-19 Toughbook that is running Windows 7. When I have the item in my basket (Classic Edition 3.1) I then proceed to the checkout, this is where the issue is. I have tried to pay by PayPal but for over two hours the screen is telling me it is loading PayPal, so I start again, this time I try to pay by credit card and again the screen goes blank. What am I to do, is there something on my laptop that is stopping me from purchasing it. Please tell me what I need to do. I live in England.
