5x or 10x live zoom button not available on Canon EOS RP

I have seen other comments on this issue, with varying  suggestions and even fixes.  However,  I am still not clear on what this issue is or what to do.

Is there a version of BYE available that has corrected this issue ?

What have you set for the Cropping/Aspect Ratio? I would suggest putting it at the default value of 1.6x (crop).

Guylain has said that he has an RP of his own so it is a sure thing that he tested BYE against his camera. This would tend to point to a camera setting that is causing your issue. If changing the aspect ratio does not fix the issue, I would try a Factory Reset on the camera.

The 5x and 10x zoom buttons are still not there for my Canon EOS RP using BYE
