Okay I'm trying to figure out what went wrong.
Here is the exact message I get when I try to open up Backyard EOS.
"An unhandled error occured.
Root Element is missing
.c:/backyardEosv3/BinaryRivers.BackyardEos.
Start.camera1.exe.user.
That is what I get each time and I cannot capture any images at all anymore.
I cannot open Backyard EOS anymore at all.
I have a Canon 6D camera and everything has been working fine until tonight.
Did I get a bug in the program??
I made sure I had all updates in the computer done, and checked my antivirus and everything is up to date?
I need help to get it running again.
Do I need to purchase anew updated version of Backyard EOS.
Of course I cannot find my original key from a few years back.
What do you suggest I do to get my backyard eos running again.
My Canon EOS utility works for the camera but not Backyard EOS.
