cannot connect d7100 .... update all I had to do was complain and it started working.

Downloaded and installed the latest version of backyard nikon (2.1.2) but the software does not connect with the d7100 and indicates it is not there even though the PC sees it. Turned camera off and on.

Do a post and complain and it starts working. Sneaky application.
