About saving photos

Hello and good Sunday, I am your customer for several years, I had a pc where I had installed Backyard Eos for a fee, now a couple of months ago this pc broke me and I bought a new one, I installed Backyard eos again, entered the keyword I had, but I'm noticing that when I use it,  I save the preview, save me the videos, but if I do a normal exposure of 60 seconds saves me everything but the photo, do I have to regain the license? what could be the problem? You indicate that you only registered for the "Free BackyardEOS" - which is a 30-Day Trial.  Did you ever Purchase a Full License (don't post it to Forum)??

Yes, I sharpened it several years ago, as written I broke the PC, I bought a new one, I installed the program again and entered the keyword I had, but while in the old pc everything worked perfectly, now in the new pc I save only the preview and videos, if I do an exposure of 60 seconds saves me everything but the photo,  I repeat that for several years I have been your customer, I bought the license in December 2018 and paid 35 USD

If you did not have a valid license you would not be able to Connect to the camera. Your problem seems to be something different.

Preview (Snap) images from Frame and Focus and videos from the Planetary and Drift Align screens come to the PC by default. Pics from the Imaging screen are saved based on your Save To choice in the Capture Plan Center where the choices are (PC, Camera, or PC+Camera). If your choice does not include PC then the images are not downloaded to the PC. If you have selected a PC option and you still do not see your image displayed on the screen or appearing in your selected 'Download folder' (on the Settings dialog) then it is possible that your new PC's security software is preventing the image file from being downloaded or the security on your Download folder is preventing the images from being saved there.

Is the camera dial set to "M" or "B" where bulb is possible?
